The Mobile Examiner's primary responsibility is to provide coverage in the field ensuring that mobile exams are completed accurately and on time. They maintain a safe and professional environment for applicants, clients, and employees, performing all aspects of an insurance exam, including specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. May also be required to act as a coach, mentor, instructor and resource person for new employees.
Provides service line/specialty specific coding/documentation education and feedback related to coding changes to assigned Physicians/APCs. Shares coding/documentation education presentations to Chief Medical Officers, Physicians/APCs, Senior Director Administrators across the organization. Relays any coding changes, feedback, and education to Physician/APC, Locum Tenens, residents/students and/or clinic leadership, as appropriate.
The Manager, Central Study Coordinators hires, develops, enables, and engages their team of Central Study Coordinators (CSCs) to ensure a high level of performance and an exceptional customer experience. The manager will provide day to day support to the CSCs to drive study results and help CSCs navigate the complexities of study operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with sponsor teams, Care Access leadership, and other teams as required to deliver study results.
